Here’s a great activity to spend some quality time with your darling and get some learning done as well, especially if your child is two years old or above and very into alphabets.
This activity will help:
- Teach your child the alphabets
- Differentiate and match Upper Case and Lower Case alphabets
What you need:
- Your child’s favourite Lego set
- A play mat
- A Sharpie pen
- Hand Sanitizer or Nail Polish Remover to remove markings
Using your Sharpie pen, write the Upper and Lower Case version of each alphabet on matching shapes from the Lego set and ask your toddler to match them.
This activity will surely get your little one thinking and help them learn the alphabet cases effectively (especially the tricky ones like ‘Rr’, ‘Qq’ etc). Do try it out and let us know how it goes. Also, follow our blog for more such interesting, fun and engaging learning activities.
